(May 14, 2017) - Builder 1st Class Oscar Barba, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, calls into the command operations center to verify the helicopter landing zone is secured and ready to complete a medical evacuation for a simulated mass casualty drill on Forward Operating Base Anderson in Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., during the battalions’ field training exercise, May 14.
