    FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. (May 17, 2017) - Construction Electrician 3rd Class Dianna Borja, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, smooths the surface of wet concrete that was poured in a crater, to repair the damage on the airfield from a simulated airstrike from enemy forces on Forward Operating Base Anderson in Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., during the battalions’ field training exercise (FTX), May 17. NMCB 4 is conducting their final graded field training exercise (FTX), testing the battalion’s command, control and communication functions through a variety of simulated real-life scenarios encountered during deployments. The Seabee battalion provides commanders and Navy component commanders with combat ready warfighter capable of general engineering, construction and limited combat engineering across the full range of military operations.
