During Operation Resolute Castle, junior leaders from the 10th Engineer Battalion, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, successfully integrated Romanian contractors, Romanian air force teams, and U.S. heavy equipment operators into a seamless team from July to August 2016 at Mihail Kogalniceanu air base, Romania. Service members from both militaries disassembled concrete bunkers and carried off the material to make room for future construction on the base. (US Army photo by Capt.
