Tristan Barnes, a military engineer with the 10th Engineer Battalion, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, uses a hydraulic excavator to destroy and remove a concrete pad on July 29, 2016 during Operation Resolute Castle at Mihail Kogalniceanu Airbase, Romania.
