    Cadet Logan Hanscom from Robert Service High School in Anchorage, Alaska, fine-tunes the sight of his precision rifle during the 2016 JROTC National Air Rifle Championship in Anniston, Ala., on March 19. Robert Service HS, a Navy affiliate, is one of the 73 schools that sent 56 teams as well as numerous individual shooters representing all four U.S. Forces. Teams and individuals shot their way through various local and regional competitions in order to qualify for this culminating event.
