CAMP LIBERTY, IRAQ -- Lt. Gen. John R. Vines, commanding general, Multi-National Corps - Iraq, shakes the hand of Sgt. Shea Casperson, from Healdsburg, Calif., of 1-87th, after presenting him with the Purple Heart Sept. 28 for injuries suffered during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
