    CAMP LIBERTY, IRAQ -- Lt. Gen. John R. Vines, commanding general, Multi-National Corps - Iraq, congratulates Spc. Michael Nalker, from Jackson, Miss., of 1st Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment after awarding him the Army Commendation Medal Sept. 28 for bravery under fire during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Nalker's unit was hit by and Improvised Explosive Device August 13.
