The $28 million construction contract went to McMillen Incorporated of Boise, Idaho. The contract calls for replacement of Tainter Gate 7 and repairs to Tainter Gate 8 and Tainter Gate 11 at Webbers Falls, Lock and Dam 16 in Webbers Falls, Okla.
