Maj. Gen. Matthew S. Woodruff, Ohio adjutant general, presents a message honoring the 25th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. He notes that it is important to remember and pay tribute to the nearly 3,000 Americans who lost their lives that day, as well as recognize the 25 years of service and sacrifice by a generation of American warfighters.
