On May 22, service members at Hill AFB stepped up to the plate for baseball tryouts supporting an upcoming game focused on mental health awareness. With guidance from former MLB catcher John Buck, participants showcased their skills, connected with a professional athlete, and enjoyed a day of teamwork, competition, and camaraderie.
During a visit to Utah, the Air Force’s top enlisted leader, Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force David Wolfe, held a May 1 all-call at Hill Air Force Base. Speaking to a crowded hangar of Total Force personnel, he addressed the realities of combat readiness, the importance of innovation, and the urgent need to take care of one another.
