A military officer in Army Combat Uniform (ACU/OCP pattern) appears to be addressing a small group in what looks like a military building lobby or reception area. The speaker is holding papers and appears to be giving a briefing or presentation to a mixed audience of military personnel and civilians. The setting suggests an official military event or visit.

U.S. Army Lt. Col Patrick “Gene” Enriquez, assigned to the Vermont National Guard, conducts the Ramadi Cross unveiling ceremony, at Camp Johnson, Colchester, Vt., Sept. 11, 2026. The Ramadi Cross was originally built in Ramadi, Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom to honor the memory of Soldiers belonging to Task Force Saber, who were killed in action. The cross was transported back to Vermont and placed at the Ethan Allen Firing Range in Jericho, Vt. until recently. It has since been refurbished and now finds a home at the Vermont National Guard Headquarters and Headquarters Command. (U.S. Army National Guard photo by Sgt. Denis Nunez)
