    YOKOSUKA, Japan (Aug. 15, 2026) –Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) safety representatives and a Yokosuka City Police officer guide young cyclists through a bicycle safety course during the Back-to-School Bash. The collaborative safety course educated local youth on proper helmet fitting, hand signals and road safety protocols before the start of the new school year. CFAY provides, maintains and operates base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel and their families.
