    YOKOSUKA, Japan (Aug. 15, 2026) – A student poses on the runway during the Navy Exchange Back-to-School Fashion Show at the annual Back-to-School Bash hosted by Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Morale, Welfare and Recreation and the Yokosuka Navy Exchange. The community event brought military families together to celebrate the upcoming school year with live entertainment, games and youth activities. CFAY provides, maintains and operates base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel and their families.
