    YOKOSUKA, Japan (Aug. 15, 2026) – Two young dancers perform a hula routine during the annual Back-to-School Bash hosted by Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Morale, Welfare and Recreation and the Yokosuka Navy Exchange. The festival featured cultural performances, interactive games and community showcases to welcome base families into the new school year. CFAY provides, maintains and operates base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel and their families.
