    YOKOSUKA, Japan (Aug. 15, 2026) – A young attendee has her face painted during the annual Back-to-School Bash hosted by Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Morale, Welfare and Recreation and the Yokosuka Navy Exchange. The event offered family-friendly activities, games and entertainment for installation residents. CFAY provides, maintains and operates base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel and their families.
