A group of workers or trainees wearing blue hard hats numbered '56' are gathered around a large industrial pipe with copper coil winding, appearing to conduct a hands-on inspection or training exercise. The setting appears to be an industrial facility or training center with grated flooring and teal-colored walls. An instructor or senior technician appears to be demonstrating or explaining something about the pipe assembly to the group.

Master Labor Agreement employees, from U.S. Naval Ship Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center’s (SRF-JRMC) Pipefitting Shop (X56), practice installing a freeze seal at Fleet Activities Yokosuka on July 28. SRF-JRMC is taking another step forward in increasing its organic ship repair capability by introducing the freeze seal technique into its surface ship maintenance. For over 75 years, SRF-JRMC has been the linchpin of U.S. naval operations in the Pacific region by providing intermediate and depot-level repair for the ships of the U.S. 7th Fleet.
