A group of workers in an industrial facility are examining a cylindrical component wrapped in metallic tape with a copper coil winding around it. The person in the foreground wearing a white hard hat and an 'Elektrim Motors' shirt appears to be demonstrating or explaining the component to colleagues wearing blue 'SRF' branded hard hats. The setting appears to be a technical or manufacturing environment with grated metal flooring.

U.S. Naval Ship Repair Facility Japan RMC (SRF-JRMC)

Norfolk Naval Ship Yard (NNSY) employee, Chris Brown, instructs Master Labor Agreement employees from U.S. Naval Ship Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center’s (SRF-JRMC) Pipefitting Shop (X56) on how to properly install a freeze seal at Fleet Activities Yokosuka on July 28. SRF-JRMC is taking another step forward in increasing its organic ship repair capability by introducing the freeze seal technique into its surface ship maintenance. For over 75 years, SRF-JRMC has been the linchpin of U.S. naval operations in the Pacific region by providing intermediate and depot-level repair for the ships of the U.S. 7th Fleet.
