A C-130H Hercules flown by the 700th Airlift Squadron banks right over Sarasota National Cemetery during a flyover at a memorial service for U.S. Army Air Forces Tech. Sgt. Charles C. Palmer, Jr., June 8, 2026. Palmer served as a top turret gunner aboard a B-24 Liberator that was shot down during a bombing mission over Kassel, Germany in September 1944.
