A Fort Bragg culinary specialist gingerly places the final deserts on the tray during the 50th Joint Culinary Training Exercise at MacLaughlin fitness center on Fort Lee, Virginia., Feb. 28, 2026. The exercise, administered by the Joint Culinary Training Directorate, is the largest American Culinary Federation-sanctioned competition in North America.
