James LaFratta, the CASCOM command team sit down for lunch at the Military Kitchen Challenge during the 50th Joint Culinary Training Exercise at MacLaughlin fitness center on Fort Lee, Virginia., March 4, 2026. The exercise, administered by the Joint Culinary Training Directorate, is the largest American Culinary Federation-sanctioned competition in North America.
