Command Sgt. Maj. Howard Hewitt, outgoing command sergeant major for the 101st Information Operations Battalion, and Lt. Col. James Johnson, commander of the 136th Regional Training Institute, bow their heads during the invocation of Hewitt's retirement ceremony held March 1, 2026, at the Audie Murphy Building on Camp Mabry in Austin, Texas.
