Daryl Caudle recognizes Personnel Specialist 2nd Class Eduardo Bencomolopez, assigned to Transaction Service Center Yokosuka, aboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) during an all-hands call Nov. 17, 2025.
