A white patrol/coast guard vessel numbered '11103' is underway at speed on open water, creating a visible wake. The boat appears to be an official law enforcement or coast guard craft, equipped with navigation equipment, blue emergency lights, and radar systems. A dense urban skyline with high-rise buildings is visible in the hazy background, suggesting a Middle Eastern coastal city.
