A military medic in OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniform is providing field medical treatment to a casualty lying face-down on the ground in an outdoor, hilly terrain. The medic, wearing a flight helmet and identified by 'MED' and 'IDMT' patches, is applying what appears to be a splint or bandaging material to the casualty's lower leg. This appears to be either a real medical response or a training exercise.
