200910-A-RX269-1006 ARABIAN GULF (Sept. 10, 2020) – An explosive ordnance disposal technician assigned to Commander Task Force (CTF) 52 is hoisted into a MH-60 Sea Hawk helicopter, attached to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 26, during mine countermeasures training in the Arabian Gulf, Sept. 10. CTF 52 and HSC 26 are deployed to the U.S 5th Fleet area of operations in support of naval operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean and Pacific through the Western Indian Ocean and three strategic chokepoints to the free flow of global commerce.
