Military personnel are assembling or disassembling AH-64 Apache attack helicopters at what appears to be a port facility. The scene shows rotor blades being attached or removed, with shipping containers marked '3ID' (3rd Infantry Division) visible in the background. Large port cranes and a cable-stayed bridge are visible in the background, suggesting this is a military deployment or redeployment operation at a commercial seaport.
