Two workers in military-style camouflage uniforms and hard hats are finishing freshly poured concrete within a wooden formwork structure reinforced with rebar. The work is taking place in what appears to be a port or industrial yard, with shipping containers and a yellow forklift visible in the background. The workers are using trowels to smooth the concrete surface.
