    JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Nov. 7, 2019) – Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Christopher Barkley checks on the well-being of a patient at Naval Hospital Jacksonville’s Intensive Care Unit. Barkley, a native of Cocoa Beach, Florida, was recently awarded NH Jacksonville’s Blue Jacket of the Year. “With the unique patient population we have at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, I'm given the opportunity to serve active duty members, and their families, and also those who wore the uniform before me.
