KEYPORT, Wash. (Dec. 6, 2019) Cmdr. Sean Gray, front, commanding officer of the Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine USS Pennsylvania (SSBN 735) (Blue), bows his head for the benediction during a change-of-command ceremony at the Keyport Undersea Warfare Museum. During the change-of-command ceremony, Cmdr. Hans Fosser was relieved by Cmdr. Sean Gray. Pennsylvania was commissioned on Sept. 9, 1989, and is the fourth U.S. Navy ship to be named for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. (U.S. Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Wyatt L.
