Sean Gray, commanding officer of the Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine USS Pennsylvania (SSBN 735) (Blue), gives his remarks during a change-of-command ceremony at the Keyport Undersea Warfare Museum. During the change-of-command ceremony, Cmdr. Hans Fosser was relieved by Cmdr. Sean Gray.
