    KEYPORT, Wash. (Dec. 6, 2019) Cmdr. Hans Fosser passes through the side-boys during a change-of-command ceremony for the Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine USS Pennsylvania (SSBN 735) (Blue) at the Keyport Undersea Warfare Museum. During the change-of-command ceremony, Fosser was relieved by Cmdr. Sean Gray.
