Douglas Perry, commander, Submarine Group 9, salutes the colors during the playing of the National Anthem at a change-of-command ceremony for the Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine USS Pennsylvania (SSBN 735) (Blue). During the change-of-command ceremony, Cmdr. Hans Fosser was relieved by Cmdr. Sean Gray.
