KEYPORT, Wash. (Dec. 6, 2019) Cmdr. Sean Grey, commanding officer of the Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine USS Pennsylvania (SSBN 735) (Blue), passes through the side-boys during a change-of-command ceremony for the Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine USS Pennsylvania (SSBN 735) at the Keyport Undersea Warfare Museum. During the change-of-command ceremony, Cmdr. Hans Fosser was relieved by Gray. Pennsylvania was commissioned on Sept. 9, 1989, and is the fourth U.S. Navy ship to be named for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. (U.S. Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Wyatt L.
