A formal U.S. Navy military ceremony is taking place in an auditorium or conference hall. Personnel in dress uniforms are rendering salutes along a red carpet aisle lined with ceremonial stanchions, suggesting a sideboy honors or change of command ceremony. A senior officer wearing a combination cover with gold braid is walking the aisle while enlisted and officer personnel salute on both sides.
