BAY OF CADIZ (Jan. 20, 2018) Cmdr. David Coles, left, executive officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG 71), greets officers from the Spanish navy aboard Ross. The ship is participating in an at-sea exercise with the Spanish navy designed to improve the countries’ interoperability when conducting maritime training, including gun and small-boat evolutions.
