NAVAL STATION ROTA, Spain (Nov. 30, 2016) Petty Officer 3rd Class Felicia Nelsen assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 cuts ceiling tiles during the renovation of the camp maintenance utilities shop. NMCB 11 Delta Company, camp maintenance is combining spaces for better productivity on Camp Mitchell, Naval Station Rota.
