Two military personnel — a U.S. Navy sailor in NWU Type I (blue digital camouflage) and a U.S. Marine in MARPAT desert camouflage — are observed from behind on the elevated bridge or observation deck of a large naval vessel. The ship appears to be transiting under a large cable-stayed or concrete bridge, consistent with the Coronado Bridge in San Diego, California, with a city skyline visible in the background. The flight deck below shows helicopter landing markings, deck equipment, and personnel manning the rails.
