ARABIAN GULF (Oct. 15, 2016) Petty Officer 3rd Class Dale Young launches an RQ-20A Puma AE (All Environment) unmanned aircraft system from the flight deck of the guided-missile destroyer USS Stout (DDG 55). Young serves as an electronics technician on board Stout and maintains and deploys all electronic systems. Stout, deployed as part of the Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group, is supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
