Greene and Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force Warrant Officer Toshiaki Miyamae, senior enlisted advisor to the Chief of Staff, Joint Staff, visited Iwakuni to focus on meeting the people on the air station and reconfirm their relationships as well as receiving a first-hand look at the installation, it’s mission and transformation.
