CAMP NAVAJO, Arizona (Aug. 13, 2016) – Midshipman candidates from the University of Arizona hold their canteens out to be checked by their squad leaders before beginning physical training Aug. 14, 2016, as part of Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps joint New Student Orientation training at Camp Navajo, Arizona. The weeklong NSO training took place Aug. 12-19, with half combined at Camp Navajo alongside freshman candidates from the University of New Mexico and Arizona State University NROTC units, and the second half at The University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona.
