Orlando Bowman, commanding officer aboard Harper's Ferry-class dock landing ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51), fifth from left, and distinguished visitor representatives head toward Oak Hill to plan an upcoming reception that will be hosted by the ship commemorating the recent expansion of the Panama Canal. During the reception, the ship is hosting local officials and diplomats from the United States and trade partners. Oak Hill is deployed to the U.S. 4th Fleet area of responsibility.
