A Spanish coalition trainer moves alongside Iraqi soldiers with the 72nd Iraqi Army Brigade during a combined arms breach training exercise at Besmaya Range Complex, Iraq, Jan. 24, 2016. During training missions, coalition advisers routinely accompany Iraqi leaders to provide real-time guidance and feedback throughout the exercise. Training at the building partner capacity sites is an integral part of Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve’s multinational effort to train Iraqi Security Force personnel to defeat the Daesh (an Arabic acronym for ISIL).This training is part of the overall Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve building partner capacity mission to increase the military capacity of Iraqi Security Forces fighting the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.
