YOKOSUKA, Japan (Oct. 15, 2015) –Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Mike Stevens answers a Sailor’s question during the All Hands Call at Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka’s (CFAY) Fleet Theater, Oct. 14, 2015. Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. John Richardson and MCPON Stevens visited CFAY this week as part of a world-wide tour of Naval Installations and commands. During Thursday’s All Hands Call, CNO and MCPON spoke about the Navy and Sailors and took questions from the audience and Social Media. CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, 83 tenant commands, and 24,000 military and civilian personnel.
