A U.S. Navy helicopter, identifiable by 'NAVY' markings on its fuselage, performs a vertical replenishment (VERTREP) operation over what appears to be a naval vessel's flight deck at sea. The helicopter is airlifting a cargo net loaded with supplies using a sling load attached beneath the aircraft. Multiple additional cargo nets filled with supplies are staged on the deck awaiting transport.
