A U.S. Army soldier in ACU (Army Combat Uniform) pattern camouflage is performing what appears to be a combat casualty care or tactical training exercise. The soldier is leaning over a simulated casualty (mannequin or role player) on the floor, applying what appears to be a tourniquet or restraint. The setting appears to be a military training facility with simulated building interior elements.

Spc. William S. Robson V [the fifth] (left), an Athens, Texas native serving as an infantryman in Company B, 2nd Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade restrains a Soldier role-playing as a wounded insurgent during a night raid training mission held Sept. 6-7 at an abandoned prison in Rummu, Estonia. The raid was part of Steadfast Javelin II, a NATO exercise involving more than 2,000 troops from nine nations conducting various training missions across Estonia, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland. The exercise focuses on increasing interoperability and synchronizing complex operations between allied air and ground forces through airborne and air assault missions.
