Two military personnel in full combat gear are reviewing a document together outdoors near a chain-link fence. One soldier wears a woodland camouflage uniform with a boonie hat, while the other wears US Army ACU (Army Combat Uniform) with visible 173rd Airborne Brigade and Ranger tab patches, along with a tactical headset. The setting appears to be a training exercise or operational briefing near a deteriorating building.

Army Capt. Bradford R. Morgan (left), a Lincoln, Nebraska, native serving as company commander of Company B, 2nd Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade describes his unit’s objectives to an Estonian Defense Forces officer from the Single Infantry Scouts Battalion during a rehearsal for a night raid training mission held Sep. 4 at Rummu Vangra, an abandoned prison in Rummu, Estonia. The raid featured three American platoons and one Estonian platoon assaulting four objectives simultaneously. The raid was part of Steadfast Javelin II, a NATO exercise involving more than 2,000 troops from nine nations conducting various training missions across Estonia, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland.
