Aneesah Akbar-Uqdah, an Ocean Springs, Miss. native, leads other officer candidates through an obstacle of the Leadership Reaction Course, March 22, 2014, during a three-day Mini-Officer Candidates School course here. The Leadership Reaction Course was designed to reinforce the importance of
