Lessig in one of more than 400 officer candidates from across the Southeastern United States that participated in a three-day mini Officer Candidates School in preparation for Offier Candidates School in Quantico, Va. Lessig is currently attending Auburn University and plans to commission through the Marine Corps' Platoon Leader's Course. Through the PLC program, Lessig will attend training during his summer breaks from college
