The Leadership Reaction Course was designed to reinforced the importance of the teamwork and test an individual's leadership ability and problem solving skills. Many of the officer candidates that attended the course here will attend the real OCS in Quantico, Va., where they will endure ten weeks of grueling training and evaluation to determine their fitness to lead Marines as Marine officers.
