    U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne)

    Spc. Eric Steyskal, 82nd Airborne Division, anxiously waits to hear his ticket number to be called during the 16th Annual Randy Oler Operation Toy Drop, Dec. 6, at Pope Field, N.C. There were more than 500 parachutes up for the lottery. He will join 4,000 other paratroopers participating in the operation over the next few days. Hosted by the U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), Operation Toy Drop is the largest combined airborne operation in the world with nine countries participating this year.
