Ulchi Freedom Shield (UFS) is an annual joint military exercise conducted by the Republic of Korea (ROK) and the United States to enhance their combined defense posture and response capabilities. The exercise involves live, virtual, and constructive training scenarios simulating a range of potential threats and challenges on the Korean Peninsula.
